An unusual adventure from 1980 - Superman encounters 'the man in the moon' but needs the help of the Atom and Apache Chief to defeat the threat.

  • Thumbs up if you fucking hate coming to youtube videos and finding people going "Thumbs up if Cracked brought you here"...

  • In "Giant's of Doom", Bizarro and Sinestro cut the moon in half. Yet, they never found evidence of such a moon creature. Can you say "continuity error".

  • That makes me think of The Giant Claw but different.

  • That is a bird not a man.

  • @Astraldragon1

The episode you refer too is "Colosus". He also said it over and over, in an episode when Brainiac tried electrocutaing him. But, those episodes took place, after "The Man In The Moon". In the Superfriends canon of this, Atom's ray helped Apache Chief continue to grow, every time he repeated "enak chuk" (forgive me is spelled wrong). To shrink down, he concentrated on becoming smaller.

  • @14DaveHunter , don't forget in another Episode he kept chanting that word that makes him grow big...several times to reach the height he was in this episode and he didn't need a ray beam to help him in the other episode.

  • Why won't they put Apache Chief in the regular comic continuity? He's so cool. I'm glad they made a DC Classic figure of him.

  • The Apache Chief is the greatest get big character ever!

  • @SirRembrant I use to wathc that show too. Belive it or not, "Big Show" Paul Wight said this cartoon was what led to his Dad saying, "Cartoons are filth", and teaching his auto repair on Saturday mornings.

  • @14DaveHunter Thats okay in the cartoon Thundar the Barbarin the moon gets cut in half by a comet that flys between earth and the moon and it splits in half causing the world to fall into caos and runin and the seas to rise up and destroy most of the planet as we knew it.... Im pretty sure something similar would have happend once the creature was free of the moon and it broek in half...
