This completely negates Posse Comitatus! You say conspiracy theorists are "insane", but what I find "insane" is having complete trust government. Go on sheeple, follow your government to the death of Amerika! Tyranny is fear of what the government can do to you. Liberty is the government fearing what its people can do to it.
