Hell no. Thats screwed up. U see the dog is fricken scared. If the owners also get in with them i wouldn't bitch. Pets are not fricken clothes. Btw does a saint bernard fit in there?

I still think this is just as bad as the cat one. Bath time though for dogs can be fairly enjoyable for them (or at least less stressful) if you show them there's nothing to fear. This ...not so much...
There's no calming voice or gentle hands massaging with you with warm soapy suds...just cold metal walls and jet sprays :(

Come on guys, it's not hurting the dog.
This is little different from giving it a bath by hands. if you dog hates being washed by hands, then it hates being washed by this in the same way.
Worry about that tight box? You walk into your bathroom, isnt this similar? It's just a bigger box!
