In the summer of 2006, I participated in the 48 Hour Film Festival. It's a big contest held across the United States to write, produce and show a film (yes from script to screen) in 48 hours. You get together with a team and draw categories from a hat. You are given a prop, e.g. a rope, a line of dialog, and a character name. Then you select a category. Ours was "disaster." Enjoy our film, Impact. I stayed up all night with 2 others writing it. Then I stayed up all day and the next night helping to shoot it on the production crew. I assisted the director and the actors. Since my mother is a midwife, I helped one of the actresses in her scene to prepare. - Aleisha
