How to make a cool pitch bend effect in Ableton Live

READ ME FIRST: After posting this I realized that there is a problem in doing the effect as I show in the video: All gets out of midi sync. This is EASY to fix. Follow these steps:
1. Do as I've done in the video
2. Press "Sync" on the grain delay and set the ms-parameter to 1.0ms - then you'll have no problems!
Just sat and fooled around in Ableton and then I stumbled upon this trick - I find it very useful.

At 1.32 you go up to the midi mapping page. Where can I find that? On your page at the top left you three folders labeled 1, 2 and 3. I have these but under that you have one that looks like a refresh type symbol then you have one under that which is obviously your midi mapping page. I dont have these 2. Where are they?

@eupel1 the midi mapping page should show up when you press ctrl+m, or the MIDI symbol in the upper right corner (as oevboev did).
