Have you tried weight lifting? I have recently added weight lifting twice a week and find my clothes are fitting loser AND my running has improved. Also, look up dashama yoga here on youtube. She has a few good recipes and a 30 day yoga challenge that I LOVE.

It sucks that the coolest stores aren't available everywhere. We have Trader Joe's, but no Whole Foods Market close :( WFM is the best store EVER.

I didn't try a dessert when I went, but they looked yummy :) The Hillcrest one closed or another one?

Cilantro Live! has the freakin' best raw deserts! the food, was not the best raw cuisine i've had.
The one i went to in downtown San Diego closed down though ;(

That's right. I was cooked vegan for half a year and then once day, i went to BK and bought a whooper and ate it. And then I felt horribly and went to the toilet and... hell... it ran trough my colon in 30 minutes or so. It all came out again. Crazy.
Hope you're doing well, and major props for going raw! I've been raw for a year, and I still feel fantastic and lost about 35 pounds. If you need more raw food community, try rawfoodtalk dot com...I LOVE those forums. Recipes and support. Awesome.

Veganism encompasses an entire lifestyle around not using animal products at all, it's not just about food. I only mention this because your video popped up on a search for "vegan" and I was hoping there was a more permanant, moral and lifestyle aspect to you're doing.
That said, keep it up and I'm sure you'll lose weight if you've done all the research on it. Just be careful that you aren't malnourishing yourself.

I've actually been Vegan as far as cosmetics and such go for a long time. The products I use in my salon are all Botanical based with no animal products, and my cosmetics that I use are all 100% natural. Even my shampoo, conditioner, and hair products are Vegan (yay for Pureology)! It seems the only thing that was lacking being Vegan in my life was my diet.. and thankfully I'm getting that straightened out. =)
