Dude, she's got some core strength.

The rear triangle and bottom bracket height (relative to the F/R axles) are also different in track bikes.
The truth is that most people who say they have track bikes are incorrect. I have a fixie. It has road geometry - as opposed to track - which means, technically, that I have a road bike with rear dropouts. It's no more a track bike than a 78' Peugot conversion.
That said; I do love my fixie.

"theese are track racing bikes"
No, they aren't. They're fixed gear trick bikes. Fixed gear does not imply track racing. Pay attention in particular to the straight fork.
If you check out her other videos you'll find a few where she's learning to do a few tricks on a track racing bike. It presents her some troubles because the fork geometry (trail for straight line stability while sprinting at 40 mph) is totally different.

Do you think next time they could give you a smaller stage?

Sure smaller stages are not a problem. I gathered enough experience falling off stages even while doing a headstand. That stage was a big stage. Only problem was that is was covered with a carpet which made it hard to do the tricks on.
