Battle Frontier-Battle Pyramid(Silver)

Me battling the Pyramid King Brandon for the Silver Brave Symbol. I randomly chose my team. He has

Regice@Leftovers
Amnesia, Ice Beam, Rest, Thunder

Regirock@Quick Claw
Ancientpower, Earthquake, Explosion, Superpower

Registeel@Chesto Berry
Earthquake, Iron Defense, Metal Claw, Toxic

Battle Pike, and the Battle Pyramid in the Frontier are different from the other battling places because they require you walking around, and you don't get a heal after each stage. So, it could be important to bring a healer with moves like Softboiled, and Aromatherapy.

Regice doesn't need Amnesia, but Brandon, being the smart King of the Pyramid decided to give it the move any way. Use a pokemon that has no weakness to Thunder, and Ice Beam. Attack with decent Fighting, Rock, or Steel moves.

Regirock likes using Ancientpower. Explosion can kill your pokemon, but it's not likely gonna use it. Just attack with Water, or Grass moves, and it won't be very difficult.

Registeel could be the best of the trio. Iron Defense gives a boost to its already high defense while its special defense is very high too. Use a Fighting, or Ground attack at the start of the battle, and when it starts using Iron Defense, switch to using Fire moves.

yes, i am just trying to share strategy in the description and i did use codes to get the perfect pokemon, i am not suggesting you to use my pokemon in the video to battle the brains. i did use the link trading between emerald and ruby though because the codes for emerald were faulty

you do realize that i am not suggesting to use my pokemon in the video to battle these guys, right? so my pokemon are fully pumped with max IV's and 252 EV's with a decent nature maybe you don't like its moveset? what kind of moveset would you give it?

if you were able to give it max IVs you should at least give it good moves. not only that but IVs are useless if youre gonna teach it moves like sleep poweder and leech seed that dont even hurt the opponent.

a good venusaur:

sludge bomb

leech seed

Sunny day

Solarbeam

Even that isnt a real good moveset. venasaur is better for double battles. you get a fire to do sunny day then you get your venusaur to know solarbeam, sludge bomb, leech seed, synthesis

well in RSE, sludge bomb is a physical attack and solarbeam is a special attack. venusaur is better sticking with special attacks and i maxed out its special attack EV's. my hidden power is ice and razor leaf is decent for STAB and works as good as solarbeam when you get critical hit. i like it more as a slow draining tank than an offensive guy, but it's true venusaur is great at doubles with a fire type who can do sunny day. IV's are useful to max out its hp and defenses if not the offenses.

The attack curse is weird because, type:unknown description:unknown. But I love it because when you use it, the foe will take damage randomly in the battle.
