  • very helpful excercises, thanks!

  • or read some dr suess outloud

  • Does anyone have a contact on this lady, please???

  • She is amazing...!!!

  • liking these speech videos a lot.

  • I've had the same problem man, you're not alone. Have you thought about a speech pathologist. The down side is that it costs money but at least they might be able to tell you if you indeed have a problem or if you're normal.

  • As I am an adult now, I have a lisp when speaking, "s" words--like, "69." I literally cannot say this number sometimes, (& similar words), especially when I am tired. This is effecting my work negatively and unbelievably frustrating. Any ideas for help greatly appreciated.

  • I have always believed my tongue was too wide for my mouth--I insisted that I get braces to widen my teeth when I was a kid. As a chid, I believed my teeth needed to be widened because my tongue was literally smashing against the sides of my teeth unnaturally & causing speech problems as well as discomfort . . . as an adult today, this is still the case. (After wearing the braces for years, I don't think it helped much, or my orthodontist did a poor job).
