I live in Santa Cruz. I was told that the planes would fly over at 3:30 am and right when we got home from dinner the planes few over around 8:00 pm. I was so mad because we all got sprayed on. What was more horrible was that the planes were maybe 300 feet above us, not far above the eucalyptus trees.

I'm glad to see that this was brought to court. A friend of mine from Santa Cruz got so sick from the spraying that she had to move to another state. We're in the Bay Area and we have an apple tree and we don't see many moths. Our tree has produced the best and biggest and most apples in the last 2 years and we weren't sprayed for the light brown apple moth.
