2 completely different styles of singing. It's like saying which is better an apple or an orange. Stupid to even try and compare.

Rob Thomas helped Chris write some songs if that says anything.Rob is a better songwriter.Chris has a broader vocal range.However Rob is totally original whereas Chris sounds like the vocalist for Shinedown.I'd say Rob is the best overall musician/vocalist.

My love for Rob goes way back... I remember hearing Unwell by Matchbox 2o and immediately falling in love with him and his voice :)
Still, I can say without bias that Rob is way better live. I do love most of Daughtry's songs though and they got me through some tough times, so much respect.
