C-MUGEN - Lucy Diclonius WIP

This is to hold over all you people who keep pestering me to get to work on Lucy. ;) jk, I want to make her as much as you guys want her, tho. But, truth is, I've only worked on her for like a total of 4 hours, so her little 4 MB character folder isn't really that impressive. Unless you're the person who made god orochi or the one who made rare akuma, nothing really impressive can come out of 4 hours on a mugen character. :) she doesn't even have any AI.

anyway, I used actual elfen lied music all the way through this vid. and i used a nifty program called Audacity to get actual Lucy voice effects. Enjoy!

Oh, and her win pose line is, "As I thought . . . humans are foolish."

Lucy hasn't been released yet. She probably won't be released for at least two or three more months, depending on how much time i have to work on her. :(
