432 square foot is the size of the smallest studio apartment in this building; it is located behind two elevators, definately possible to hear faint sturcture noise from elelvators movement, when asleep - if someone were to get home in the early hours.

In Sydney Australia and London UK, there are studio apartments that are 260 sqft and 300sqft respecfully.

Overall studio apartments in the United Sates are much larger than in any other country.
