Nora getting her iPad for Christmas

Nora received her iPad from Santa (actually from a few very kind and generous individuals that contributed to make Nora's 2nd Christmas magical). Nora is dying from SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). SMA is the #1 genetic killer of infants and 90% of Type-1 SMA kids don't live to see their 2nd Christmas or even their first. SMA is a horrible disease that weakens all the voluntary muscles of the body. Cough, sitting, standing, swallowing, hands, fingers, toes - everything skeletal is affected.

@quinte98 no, the disease she has is called Type-1 Spinal Muscular Atrophy which is terminal. She is so much weaker now since this video was filmed. SMA is a horrible disease. Thank you for your interest.

I hope there is a cure for this little girl. Infants shouldn't have these diseases. God shouldve created all of us equally.

She deserves the Ipad for christmas. She is going through a lot of struggles, but nora is doing grat in her recovery.

@Goodentree aww *crys* she is one of the cutest girl in the world she wud never deserve this.... i would know about 1% of the feeling cuz my sister has cerebal palsy and she is learning to sit on her own at the age of 4 .. great vid btw bye x
