There's a magic in Ocracoke Island. Anyone who's been there knows about it. It gets into your blood and it calls to you time and again. Even though I've never lived there other than for a few weeks in the summer and fall, I feel like it's "Home."

I have a home on Hatteras Island tucked back into the maritime forest. That said, I still love to flee to Ocracoke and do a long walk on the totally deserted beaches. Been doing that for way too many years. Thank you!

Spent a week there 20 years ago and never forgot it - kept looking for the horses in the video - are they still there?

I just got back from the outerbanks. Ocracoke is a very nice island.

My sister lives there and I miss it soooo bad...can't seem to find the time. Oh well perhaps one day ... was nice to see this video at least for now thanks for posting, and nice song too it fits.
