The past governments are not to blame for this mess and humilitation...It is our fault (greek people), WE have been electing them for 3 decades now hoping to take a job in the public sector, to avoid paying taxes as we would have a "friend" tax collector...etc etc.now it's time to pay the price and fix the problem. Cant stand the humilitation..at least we havent (yet) asked for financial help

of course this country is corrupt from the top down ? the new government is in power because of corruption ? the greek orthodox church swapped a piece of worthless land for prime real estate in Athens befor the olympics ,clear so far ,the money trail led to private politicians bank accounts ? when revealed it caused the biggest political crisis since ww2 ? then a young man was shot in athens,and athens rioted ,and burned down banks across greece ?Since then the corruption issue has disapeared ?

Greece has been told that it must make further spending cuts or face sanctions, the eurozone chief has said.Jean-Claude Juncker told Greece must understand that other eurozone members are not prepared to pay for its mistakes."We won't abandon Greece," French Finance Minister Christine Lagarde told reporters. Apparently Greece has become too expensive for its patrons to sustain. If you think about it, the relatively high standard of living in Greece cannot be justified since Greece's productive infrastructure was dismantled during the '80s and '90s.
