  • I love how preachers of peace compartmentalize these practices into systems and practices. This "pranayama", this "enlightenment", this "peace" so to speak is and always has been unconditional. None of the following are needed for it: Posture, paced/controlled breathing, special exercises, beleifs, point of views - in fact it requires you to do nothing as best as you can. If you can wrap your wits around what that means exactly, then, you don't need peace, you already have it.
