I haven't used fluoride toothpaste in 10 years. I lived in asia, (where they don't fluoridate the water) for 3 years. I had a sinus infection, and docs put me on anti-biotics which I later found out they fluoridate. My health suddenly went downhill. We moved back to canada, took lots of baths, drank tap water, and developed chronic fatigue. I avoided the water, and quickly improved. Then my city stopped fluoridating, and now I am almost back on my feet. I got it out of my system going raw.

I'm just gonna order some diatomaceous earth and brush with that and rinse with something other than tap water. Maybe vodka... lol

flouride is fine if you use it externally on teeth, not when you ingest it in your body through drinking it

@VeroNevermind1990 Drink water from a natural spring and brush your teeth with a toothbrush and water or salt or raw honey.

is anyone pissed about this? my mom works for a Dentist so i get my teeth clean and checked for free, and every time they do a Fluoride rinse at the end. and now i find out its a poison and it has little to no benefits i wanna punch someone in the face!
