Demonstration video - The paradigm of functional training is focused on deceleration & acceleration to promote dynamic stability, mobility, explosive speed & power reducing the chances of injury in sport. It's also one of the fastest ways to lose unwanted weight & improve your fitness via metabolic conditioning.. The result is a super strong, agile, sculpted, lean, athletic looking body.

As an Australian Fitness Trainer/Specialist, I'm always inspired to help others bring out the very best to reach their strength & fitness goals. I'm located in Sydney Australia. Thanks for watching! :)

This is a demonstration video - not instructional. All viewers are advised to seek professional advice before undertaking any power or strength training program.

My website is now live: www.bodysculptrainer.com

With special thanks to Sveta Gilerman for the track!

  • Great video. Very inspiring. It's exactly what I needed to see to help me push thru my second month of p90x. Thanks for putting it up. Btw, you look like a ripped version of the hit man.

  • @tatsumakisempyukaku Thanks mate.. Glad to hear.. All the best to your training buddy & glad your inspired by my video.. cheers :)

  • Thanks for all the compliments guys. Functional High Intensity Training is the fastest way to improve fitness & strength via metabolic conditioning, while burning fat. After watching many other video's I was inspired to create a video demonstrating some exercises I've been doing the past 25 years of training that I believe are also achievable for many non professional athletes. This demo video is intended to show you guys what is achievable even if you're not a fitness trainer athlete. cheers

  • I agree with imash69 ... Your video is too similar to humanmetamorphosis..even the title..good work ..though you can't beat the originals...sorry bud!

  • @ThePenfold88 Thanks mate. I've watches their awesome video, although that video is a huge step up in intensity & exercises, although some exercises are similar. The exercises I've done here I've already been doing, & have been around for many years. My video is to demonstrate what I believe a non professional can achieve. I've been working out for 25 years mate!..But thanks for your input.. cheers

  • that is pretty dam impressive, great demo
