  • I prefer the mrs fields cookie recipe, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. They use cold butter, and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes before baking them at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.

  • @zackandcody000098 The protein and fats have coagulated in the batter, and the cookies have browned so its done. Also, those are pasteurized eggs, so she can drink a glass full of raw eggs and have no risk of salmonella.
