  • interesting video - will have to think about this... i suffer from migraines, and strangely, sometimes i feel that coffee helps! also, even though i only have one cup of coffee a day (and i dont usually finish it), sometimes NOT having that coffee can trigger a migraine. on a whole other note, you look great in this video! could you do a video/post about the makeup, like mascara and eyeliner, you use? im assuming they are natural and safe! and your fringe (bangs) is really cute!

  • @charissalien Well I don't wear eyeliner but my lip gloss is by Zuii and my mascara is maybelline -- I haven't found a good mascara that doesn't give me black around the eyes. It's rated fairly low in toxicity on ewg.org. You can check all your products there!

  • My mom recent had her gastrointestinal screening and the gastroenterologist told her to not drink coffee, and eat spicy or citrus fruits because she has acid reflux and inflammation in her stomach. Based on your coffee detox, should I tell her to drink half a cup everyday for the first week? (she only drinks around a cup per day) the lack of coffee is giving her intense headache.

  • @gaibei9 Yes, good idea... cut back slowly and make sure she drinks plenty of water -- will help with the headaches.

  • @FoodNazi001 Thanks!! :)

  • @joyoushealth1

I am so happy to see someone with proper knowledge informing the general community through a popular medium!! Good job!

  • I loved this video :)

Deffinately, it's deppending on the individual.

If you are not negatively effected by coffee, then Organic coffee grinds.

Personally, I have a history of intense anxiety disorder, so I stay completely away from Coffee [but the occassional coffee is fine :) ].

As well, coffee substitutes aren't so bad if you find one that suits your taste.

Inka Coffee is fantastic --- Personally :)

I'm taking the Holistic Nutrition course in Moncton, and I've learned...so much.

  • @charissalien You're physically addicted.

  • @gaibei9 Certainly wean off.

  • This was kind of an eye opener! Love how every video of yours is super informative.
