The Girl Scouts were murdered over 30 years ago in Oklahoma, not Missouri.
The Winoka Lodge (of the video) used to be a hunting lodge, but burned down in the 1970s.
The area (near Lake Springfield, off
Kissick Road) is reputed to be haunted,
and is also reported to have cultic activity
late at night. Who knows?
Whether any of the rumors are true or not,
the graffiti[-bedecked ruins of the lodge are an eerie sight, and best seen in the daytime - not at night.

Well, I see there has been no new graffiti sinse the last time I was ever out there, lol. I love how there's always guys out there fishing that pretend not to notice you. It's like "yeah, we suck, we're all trespassing..."
