SebArt Mig29 3D EDF Maiden Flight July 18 2011

This is my first EDF, also Vector thrust.
At the time my friend released the plane, I didn't notice the mode 3D & hovering.
The movement of it was pretty quick, I couldn't it stable.
Somehow I got it high altitude. After calm down, set and try hover, role and roop.
It's easy to glide. After a low pass, I touched down softly with good flare.
Absolutely good plane! I'll try 3D flights.

Next time when I upload this model, I order him not to push it up. And tell him release it after I pull the throttle on a suitable position to hover.

tell your hand launcher to just hold the thing, and let go, rather than pushing it into the air. I know it was the maiden and you weren't sure of what it'd do, but doesn't need any help from the hand launcher.

My friends and I had already experienced lots of Fun-Flys and EDFs. So there was no need to hesitate making the maiden flight. We already knew it has enough thrust to go up. The only thing what we didn't know was how the vector thrust works.

I usually fly this about 4 min. A 4000mAh 4cell Lipo battery's capacity remains about 30% after flight.

What about batteries for how long does it last?

It must be around 4000 rands, I don' know how much custom duty is needed.

It flies from 0 kirometer per hour to about 80 kirometer per hour.

It's easy to convert every unit using internet and to find such sites.

Thx a lot. It does from hover to fly as nomal plane does. It costs about 600 bucks in Japan.
