are you feeding the echo back into itself through an aux on your mixer? - so that you would get a longer delay? i have a 201, the delay doesnt last for more than 3 seconds at the fullest. i have to feed it back into itself to get very long infinite delays, otherwise by itself theres no long delay like i see in your video. would you be able to make a video detailing this common problem?

Prolly needs head adjustments. There's 1 phillips screw for each head. Other things to consider are head cleaning, demagnetizing & new tape.
