what's really sad is my grandmother had all these symptoms, but was misdiagnosed for a while.
she died last May.

You are never too young to be tested for Ovarian Cancer. I am 38 years old and was diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer in December 2009. The past 6 months my life has been nothing short of a roller coaster ride. I've done my 6 cycles of Chemo. I feel great (except for when I sneeze; which is not very often). I am scheduled for surgery 6/30/2010, and then more Chemo. It has truely been quite a year.

@catherinemarie66 Im so very scared thats all I can say. I'm so very afraid and I have asked aboutthis for a long time. i went thru the hystorectomy blah blah and I have my ovaries I cant say anymore im very upset.

Dealing with my Mom's cancer was a roller coaster. We took her to Mayo and received totally different news from the previous stint at UW. I feel like the doctor's gave her the run around so long that the disease progressed and killed her. I'm very disappointed with the healthy system in our country. Very.
