In a sit-down with reporters at the Tennessee state capitol, House Speaker Kent Williams, R-Elizabethton, says he doubts the legislature will pass a cable tax increase, partly because it's an election year. The measure is proposed in TN Gov. Phil Bredesen's FY2010-2011 budget.
