3-minutes TV highlights - The Olympic Champ Abhinav Brindra, India's first ever Olympic Gold medallist, secured a pass to the 2012 Olympic Games in London at today's 10m Air Rifle Men final at the ISSF World Cup in Munich. China's 2004 Olympic Champ Zhu Qinan won the 10m Air Rifle Men event at the 2011 ISSF Rifle and Pistol World Cup held at the 1972 Olympic Shooting Range of Munich from the 17 through the 23rd of June. The reigning Olympic Champion, India's Abhinav Bindra, also finished in the spotlights. By making it to the final, the 28-year old shooting star secured an Olympic Quota Place, a qualification spot for the 2012 Olympic Games granted to India. The Silver medal went to the second Chinese shooter, Wang Tao, 28, coming from two World Cup bronze medals won in Sydney and Changwon. Slovakia's Josef Gonci, 37, a two-time "ISSF Shooter of the Year" in1998 and 1999 and one of the most experienced rifle shooters competing in the ISSF World Cup Series, secured the Bronze medal beating Bulgaria' Anton Rizov (who won a Quota Place) and Hungary's Peter Sidi, fifth today.
