I've had mine for almost 2 years and never had a problem.

I have found the problem mate. At the back of the Mp3, look for a small hole, its in the bottom a really small hole, and try something that comes pointy, and press it. I've just reset mine and it switched on at the 1st attempt.

Best mp3 player out there. Had it for 4 years till a douchebag stole it from me! Never had a problem with it. And belive me... i used it... oh, i used it a lot!!

I have had my yp-k3 for more than 4 years (bought in June 2007) and i must admit its still one of the best mp3 players i have ever held in my hands. The design is perfect and the sound is brilliant. Battery life is also incredible - about 20 hours., even after 4-years usage. And in the end, the control is very simple and sweet :)

i washed mine, because i forgot to take it out of my jacket ): i loved it. very good sound.
