When I found out I had high cholesterol & my doctor discussed the option of prescription meds, I thought, NO WAY. I know too much about the mass-marketed, poorly regulated greed mongering of Big Pharma. I have known people who have experienced numbness in their limbs, liver damage, even permanent memory loss. I have always believed in nature and in natural solutions, and I still do. Sterolyn is working for me, in a safe way that I trust.

@chunkylover26ify The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services says that. The American Heart Association says that. What is your source?

Are there any other devices that read your vitamin, protein, etc. levels also?

@Boricuaso77789 This is tricky. For example, when you ingest vitamin C, your body uses it within an hour. So an hour later, there is nothing "floating in your blood" to test. Protein you ingest goes into your muscles, for example. So it's more important for nutrients to watch your daily diet, and eat a well balanced one.

Under 200? yikes, who is telling you this is desirable. It's awful advice. You really want way under 150, Have you had a VAP test? total chol between 150-200mg/dl and atherosclerosis is very likely to be advancing.....

@chunkylover26ify From the American Heart Association website - "Less than 200 mg/dL Desirable level that puts you at lower risk for coronary heart disease. A cholesterol level of 200 mg/dL or higher raises your risk." - that is their baseline. They go up from there.
