@CrazyVT22 You say that last part about 12 year olds like it is fact of which it is not. And it isn't my place to decide whether they die or not but letting them burn to death is just plain wrong. Now back to the main point of your argument you talk about how the modern prison system people aren't learning their lesson ok maybe so but there is nothing you can do about that many people are put into solitary confinement already and higher death penalties are not going to help.

@doggod106 Lobotomising is extreme but which would you chose set 300 prisoners free or let them die. Death is horrible don't get me wrong. With the modern prison system people aren't learning their lesson, and the brain finishes developing from 15-20. My point was 12 year olds are ignorant stuborn and one sided.
