i live in finland and everyone is insured by the government. we have great health care services public and private. The government here is CONSERVATIVE (pro business). Its not socialism just sensible. America will be insured by corporations. God Help You.

Actually, he is being consistent and is not talking against the mandate. In the new law there is a CHOICE, not a mandate. Have good insurance or opt to pay a tax for being uninsured. Medicaid is substantially expanded and subsidized by the federal government so it puts very little pressure on the States. Even relatively well off can get affordability subsidies. So the poor don't get poorer but get good insurance at an affordable price.
