I don't care what they are called!
There is a huge variety of names for this move I guess, so call it what you want to call it.
And sorry to all that want me to make a guide but the guy in this video moved away and I have no idea how to do it myself...

i thinks its based more on preference of the person when learning flares and virgin flares, my friends say that learning and doing flares were easier for them, but for me, i have a easier time doing virgin flares. haha everyones different ;D
