Well, the secret is that they aren't real, they are training aid M16s. The barrels are real, everything else is hard plastic. Thanks for watching and commenting!

You guys get to hold the m16's easy( lucky)
We use M1 Garand's and hold it in a position that hurts us but we have to have strenght in order to do it.
I give all the people that are in JROTC a round of applause because we have the guts in order to actually be in JROTC !!!!

@power4487 Not sure. The MSU jazz band plays before the game begins and you can hear it in our practice area.
