First of all I know for a fact that Penn is full of shit, as I once thought that tentacle porn was just harmless. @rpm2004 That's a good point. When people know what they're doing is wrong, and they can't come up with a justification for it, they learn how to hide it. And, of course, there's a thin line between security and invasion of privacy: if the government has access to everyones' computers, to determine who's been playing that game - or others like it, - who's to say that's all the information they'll access?

I play Street Fighter and Tekken, but just because I find it entertaining and fascinating to beat people up in the games doesn't mean I'd do it in real life.

Same with Modern Warfare 3 or any other shooters, I wouldn't go out knifing people or shooting an AK-47.

I'm not sure that I understand the first comment you made to me. I was saying that just because someone is against this game, doesnt make them a crazy prude. Imagination is not the same as reality, so no, imagining something is not the same as it happening to you. If the game didnt involve kids, I'd say let it be.
