my dad introduced me to jj cale.he made me a few blues cd's jj cale mostly but this is a better copy of it. totaly different live much more pain in his voice

@hantejudy I know i didn't know we had this kind of talent, it was his own self promotion that got me into him too. I was trying out some guitars at a music store playing some blues riffs (badly) and this guy walks up and goes "do you like blues?" and i go "yeah, but i'm new to it but i'm loving SRV, B.B. King, and Eric Clapton" so he goes "check out a man named JJ Cale, he was an influences on Clapton" so i did, and it was him that told me that, i had no idea who he was.

Lots of talent from Oklahoma. JJ and Leon are two of my all time favorite singer/songwriters.

I was at this show in the front row, what a trip seeing this again. we met JJ and the band after the show, everyone was very cool. in front of the club I asked JJ where was the Limo? his reply to me was " This is the real world son" and he got in a yellow cab.
