West Philly and the Westside of Chicago is SOOO similar!!!! it looks like the Green Line EL the runs over Lake St. in Chicago towards downtown!!! Neighborhood, brick buildings or brownstones almost identical!!!!! Wow...... Old Cities......

I haven't taken this line in over 20 years and now live in NC. But West Philly still looks like a pile of crap. Thanks for the ride it brought back a lot of memories.

@PatricioBridges Come on dude, isn't that a bit harsh. Did u forget Philly is more about the connections one spontaniously makes when living within the urban landscape & no pretty is not a quality West Philly strives for anyway. Im sure u know what I'm saying, right. There are many very cool sections there & people pay a lot of cash to live within that pile of crap.
