  • I add butter in the oil. More flavor and adds depth to the sauce

  • original italian food is quite raw, no mincing and too fine choping... i supose it also should not be drowned in the sauce it should be dry

  • Not enough oil on the pan or the pan just sucks. The fish is sticking like crazy.

  • Looks dry. Is that how it is supposed to be?

    I would have minced some of the onions and chopped some of the anchovies.

    Being Asian, I couldn't help think of adding some soy sauce and/or ginger. lol
