No, they've booted audiosurf videos before. It just doesn't have enough views for people to really know about it yet. The reason a video gets taken down is because it gets flagged for copyrighted material, whether by Warner or by some random troll, and the copyright holder backs it up.
This system sometimes blocks songs the WMG doesn't actually own, and that's what really pisses me off.
