Is this guy for real? Or is this satire? Hellfire couldn't possibly be real. It doesn't make sense. Not only that, it's a contradiction of the Bible itself. God said what the consequence for sin was way back in Genesis. Death. But according to you, God lied. We never actually die.

Rev 20:14: And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15: And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Luke 16:Lk:16:23: And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

I really dislike the way religion is all about "repent, beg for forgiveness or burn in hell".

Yes I've sinned, but I've never harmed another person, never stolen from the poor. I never worship false idols.

I'm a good guy. I'm kind, generous, helpful and honest. I treat others with respect and honor their dignity.

But because I don't believe in your man JC or the big God himself, why should I burn in hell? Why is your God so petty? Surely He would judge a man on his deeds, and not his beliefs?

@kjvonly01 ...I'm a KJV guy to, it is the Protestant Holy Bible, but I'd like to see you teach Protestant doctrine on Hell. None of the Reformers taught that you go to heaven or hell when you die, but when Jesus returns. That is what the 2 ressurections are about. Read what Luther, Wycliffe, Tyndale and the others had to say about death. It is Rome/Egypt that teaches the "afterlife."

There is no such thing as a mythological fiery underworld called hell in the Bible.

We are all born the same way, we all die the same way. When EVERYONE dies, their spirit returns to the father.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

@anzwertree For the wages of sin is death and not eternal torment by Hell fire like what they teach in these churches. The Lake Of Fire is the second death and not eternal torment. Death is the state of non existence. When Adam and Even sinned in the Garden Of Eden the consequences for their disobedience was death and not eternal torment. Death is the wages of sin and not eternal torment.
