is there any way you could send me this song? I can't find the cd or find a downlaodable version of it and I am a huge Paul Gross fan and this song is incredible

I love Paul's singing and I thank you for posting this for us PG fans to enjoy. His singing is always filled with emotion and makes the listener respond.

My understanding is that this song was written about WWI, not the war of 1812. Paul Gross' grandfather fought in WWI, and was haunted all his life by some of the things he did then, at least one of which is seen in the film Passchendaele. Paul gross has long been drawn to the history of that war.

you are absolutely correct.the only reason the video is for the war of 1812 is that like Paul Gross and WW1 I have a deep rooted passion to the war of 1812 and its impact on Canada.

I honestly don't think that version of "After the War" is available to the public yet, although I could be mistaken

Just saw the movie, Passchendaele...amazing! Sarah Slean's version of "After the War" is brilliant! I also would like to know where to find this song. I have been searching everywhere with no luck!

This version of "After the War" can be found on Paul and David keeley's CD called Two Houses. the only place I know of with certainty that u can get a copy of it is through the Badland Books website, and I believe a copy of it can be found through Amazon.
