i'm confused, i need advise...

when it comes to bare metal. what materials can be use on metal. for example,

can i put expoxy primer on metal then later can i add bondo on top of that? or is it metal bondo then epoxy?

or is it metal filler then epoxy?

So how would you sand high build primer inside the indicator hole properly that's a small tight area with curvy drops.
