What stage should be the sugar syrup, 2 thread stage or the soft ball stage? These are 2 very different consistencies.

my wife made this one regular besan it turn out to liquidy is there any tips she can use.i told her to use ladoo besan next time .is it alrite to use that ladoo besan

Milk dough mix should be at room temperature before mixing with gram flour .

Manjula ji u said in video to use 2 tablespoon warm milk but on right side in ingredients its written 1 tablespoon warm milk..Please clarify

You can find in local grocery store, in the same section where they keep milk.
