Ingredients:
2 cups Gram flour (basen)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter or ghee
1 tablespoon warm milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk powder
1 teaspoon cardamom seed powder
1 1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Special Equipment:
Candy Thermometer

  • my wife made this one regular besan it turn out to liquidy is there any tips she can use.i told her to use ladoo besan next time .is it alrite to use that ladoo besan

    Milk dough mix should be at room temperature before mixing with gram flour .

  • Manjula ji u said in video to use 2 tablespoon warm milk but on right side in ingredients its written 1 tablespoon warm milk..Please clarify

  • What stage should be the sugar syrup, 2 thread stage or the soft ball stage? These are 2 very different consistencies.
