You obviously don't know what Harriet is like.
If you are judging her based on some of her acts in the White House and the fact that she helped the country's least favorite president so far, that's ridiculous.
Plus, wouldn't you pardon someone you knew for over ten years that has been a dear friend? But why would she need the pardon? If you knew her, you would know that she would never break the law. Especially since she's a LAWYER.

Harriet Miers has already implicated herself but colluding with those who openly break the law of the United States... whih includes the White House.
A lot of people focus on Bush and Cheney, and their day in court will come, but it is the minions like Harriet Miers who carry out the crimes of the corrupt executive. We can only imagine the true tally of crimes carried out during the ast 8 years of White House "rule".
Without her help, they would have to dirty their own hands.
