Im lucky in that Im far too ugly for my parrot to fall in love with me. Also, we are both male... so ... fingers crossed.

She surely LOVES you!! What a great bird. You're so good with her . . . she's going to be a great companion over the years.

Regurgitating means that they really like you and possibly your the one they want to be with. I have a African Grey she does it all the time.

Nevermind...I see that yours is female :) Actually, now that I think of it, I'm not really sure if my mom has a male or female. It's still cute either way.

I wonder if females do the same thing too? My Mom's bird still does that for me once in a while. :) It is very flattering :)

when you tickle birds under their wings and on the tummy, it "stimulates" them (to keep it PG). Your bird was crouching and presenting due to excitement.

i have a 4yr old african grey parrott and i bet only you can do that with the bird as they only take to 1 or 2 people in the house hold. it is actually tryin to prune you with its beak nt tryin to bite..
Ya, she is my baby; I will be uploading new videos this week of her; her speech and context of words she uses is remarkable.
She asks for certain foods and when I say no you can't have that; then she starts to go down the list of things she likes to eat ( people food)
She also tells me no know likke a little child, she likes to hang on my hair and beak my nose and when I say hey! stop that! She goes no! NO! and when I try to get her to step up she says..... ah ah ah ah no!

i work at a pet store and one of our store pets is a green wing macaw. she always regurgitates well not always but alot whenever i player with her. my question is, what does the regurgitation mean?

regurigitation means love or a crop infection. If she only does it to you then she sees you as her "mate" one that she loves the most :)

How do u train them not to fly away??

Trust and respect is the biggest thing. Greys won't fly away from a person they want to be near. If I put her on her gym or her perch when I am cleaning, she will whistle come here sound and if I don't come, she fly's right where I am at and follows me all over the house.

Also if the bird comes to you or steps up, find it's favorite food and give it a treat. Since my bird is not clipped and nor will she ever be as long she is with me, I always have a back up in case she gets out side. She loves chocolate which she never gets much of, but if she got out and I had chocolate she would come down. She is terrified of the outdoors, she got out once and was lost for a day she was only 3 months old, she flew off my shoulder when I did not know she could fly that good yet
