@pnknlvr96 Thank you! In my first round of P90X I did follow the "portion control" portion of the nutrition guide 100%. After that-I sort of modified it more to my liking, but not much. It's become a way of life for me :). It's basically just a way to eat better and healthier for the rest of your life. I am on FB! check out facebook dot com slash coach dot demi. I have a dare for you…

Can you do a vid of u flexing your arm muscles for 1 minute then giving a guy your age or older a 4 minute piggyback ride…you look very strong…strong girls with muscles are more attractive than the skinny girls…the skinny look is not nice at all..u agree…..do u model?
