I wish that my hair grew at a ridiculous rate. LOL! I have always loved your hair! Thanks for sharing your routine. I also use Garnier Fructis products. It really does a great job at preventing/minimizing breakage. I also love the new Nutrient Spray for over dried or damaged hair. Love it!

Girl you are right but its very tricky ground-as long as your hair is well moisturised you can wash it every day-but it depends what type of hair you have-if you have very kinky hair you would need to give your hair time to soak up the oils otherwise this type of hair will break regardless
