Tai Po police has bullied this woman for years and they help bus driver Wong (mainland Chinese) keeps lying and disturb/attack her since 2002. They have no rights to order citizen to open the door, besides, that is a gate that can see and communicate without open it. They refuse to provide their recognised number and reject investigation. They are rude to the woman and make a child scare. The Team Head yelled out for investigation but what sort of, don't know or try to protect Wong to make an open ending. At first, lier Wong claimed he's been hit then later he changed he's been pushed and fallen then hit himself. He claimed he has a witness then the witness said he didn't see him be hit. Only police know the two sides stories and they let Wong to provide another story after 11 days, i.e. Wong may be forgotten what he first claimed and reported at the first place. Same as the defendant, he may have forgotten what has happened and too scare to remember after 11 days. Unfortunately, the honest man admitted that he tried to make Wong leave him alone at the first place and this caused him committed crime. Don't trust police and don't sign on any statement that police write for you with one single mistake or let them mislead your statement. They like to create a crime case for you without lawyer. *The judge did not sympathize the victim and express that there's no serious injury on him. It's very minor. He also taught the defendant to complain him through Lands Dept. and other department. He said he understood there're gratitude and grudge between the victim and the defendant, by solution through use of force is not correct. Therefore, the punishment is very minor. The son of bus driver Wong should hear clearly. No matter how he keeps on lying, no one care in the court. But be sure, there're police helping him and letting him know the statement of the defendant at the very first hand. Don't ever trust the police! Don't ever trust the police! When you be honest to admit that to use force against the rogue like 'Wong', the judge will understand the situation and wouldn't blame you or scold you. But the rogue like "Mean old Yim and family", they denied and found excuses for 'common assault' other, she would have been scolded by the judge - true case in 2003. The police helped her to 'common assault' other again in 2006 and 2008. What a shame! Well, let's see how the CAPO help them. These police have been complained and then someone is trying to send out comment to scold/insult the woman. We do have a number of perverse female villagers including the mean Yim family, police Wan, bus driver Wong, taxi Lam and the adulterous couple Lau. Tai Po police do like to help them. 大埔警方最喜歡欺凌本村一名女子,協助本村違規村民滋擾及報復,特別是前警員溫及淫巴黃.阿頭調查嘜嘢?唔知還是留個後路俾淫巴黃.受傷的淫巴黃案發當日報稱被人打,有證人,有筆錄,連證物都指出,11日後的口供卻改為被推及嚇多次,原全配合被告當日向軍裝警員及cid所提及之部分口述資料,落口供時都是同一方向,無先後次序,唔知這樣是不是叫"做案",即係淫巴黃11日後,忘記咗佢報案時的口供及情況,同樣被告有可能忘記或驚慌之後忘了事件先後次序;不過受害人並未因為受傷已得到同情,相反地個官都只覺少事輕罪,還教被告向地政及其他部門投訴受害人,及明白事件真相.無論淫巴黃有什麼警員放料,作大話都無用.司法制度是'做咗死口唔認就唔告挑釁及打人的無賴'.不過承認過錯才是一個有人性的人.這些國內移民最愛不守法,記錄多多,死性不改,還愛飾演'受害者'.希望佢一直都是受害者,成佢所願......(會繼續投訴佢,佢被人投訴是受害者)...話是話,曾在短片中有嚴老舉都舉棒作打人,大埔警員都唔告佢,話口角及無傷人喎!其實因為佢係前警員溫之家屬,一直在本村被警方及淫巴黃協助打人,嚇人及刑毀他人財物,真係知法犯法,無學識及小三程度的人,法律知識欲非常豐富,了得了得....警員/cid都好愛玩花招,唔怪得近新聞日又傳出大埔警隊醜聞,佢地梗係唔認有問題!記住唔可以信警員,他們最愛報復!唔知警察投訴課點幫佢地妨礙司法公正及俾假口供!佢地經已被投訴,於是有人才發出"意見"罵女人作報復行為,等同打電話滋擾投訴人!這是警務人員的幼稚行為,等同無賴,同這裡的違法村民一樣! 確實本村有好多刁民及不知所謂的女人,有惡臭嚴氏姊妹花,淫巴黃老婆,變態的士林老婆,通姦狗女等.有位劉警司都話過佢地係"刁民",大埔警察都幫佢地喎!幫同僚溫官勝前警員及家屬嚴,淫巴黃及違法村民!這位女子的良好及合作態度可看新上載的短片-
