@toooldtoocold Yes I never heard this version either.. but i know there's a 2 disc Bethlehem re-release of Dictius Te Necare that includes music videos, so I am guessing it came from there.

Ihsahn is the legendary black metal supergroup that used sax. It was used extensively on the album "after" notably on the song "a grave inversed" and "on the shores"
Solefald was another progressive black metal band from Norway which used sax on the "an icelandic Odyssey" double album. I haven't listened too closely to the album, but i know it's used on "sun i call"
A newer dark metal band called kauan which has become VERY post rock on their later releases uses sax on their two new albums

@wc181 It looks like so! It made me remember a Norwegian Black Metal supergroup that also used Saxophone in their Black Metal music. Can't remember the name of them now...

Or in the Shakespeare books "soft" means "wait".

Es kommt villeicht davon das er Chiffrensprache benutzt. Bethlehem will nicht verstanden werden meiner meinung nach, eher wollen sie eindrücke vermitteln.
Disturbing. :D I love disturbing things. :D

Their lyrics and song titles are incomprehensible even for native german speakers. But mostly they have a meaning.
I think the correct literal translation is: "Death is soft stool *into* fleshless poison".
My interpretation of this is: Death is the painless segmentation of all living things into rotting material and the soul, which diffuse into a realm, where no life dwells.
