I'm a drummer, SO, haters, respect my opinion and try to be reasonable. And english is not my first language so dont pick on my sloppy english.

Joey is a great drummer, no doubt, he has skills. BUT he is NOT the best, he can be considered a great drummer and one of the best in his genre of music! But listen to me, there are no such thing as world's best drummer. And even if there was such thing, Joey wouldnt be in the top 10! Not even Travis Barker who is also a GREAT drummer and deserves respec

Heee. Only rookies get into 'best drummer' debates. You could name ten and leave 100 out that deserve it just as much. Just say you like it or you don't, and leave it alone ;)

There is really no possible way to compare drummers from one style to another and there can't be one best drummer, and to be honest all these people who say travis barker or joey are the best in the world, one almost guaranteed dont play drums themselves and if they do, they have a very vague knowledge of music and musicians and have a lot to learn.
