Roger, thanks for all your explanations, tell me one thing please because I'm really confused.
I know that this question have no relation to the video but please tell me:
I have readed in the book: "There is a cure for diabetes" that a HIGH GLYCEMIC diet can produced many diseases... like candidiasis AND MANY OTHER DISEASES.
Is that true? my question is because I eat alot of fruit.
(Is very dificult for me to build the best raw vegan diet for me because there are many contradictions...)

The cure is so simple! We really don't need to buy all those things David Wolfe and others advocate! It is so simple!!

WOW Thank you Roger! This is exactly what we all need!! Candida can ruin your life, especially if you don't know you have it. My cousin is fat and depressed all the time and I am sure is a candida overgrowth because of her symptoms. GREAT interview! Will pass it along my friends!!! THANK YOU

I enjoy beer, chicken and pork too much... so I'll probably just suffer whatever that stuff brings later on.
Hello, I'm spanish I can't understand the video, anybody can resume for me the 3 ways to know if I have candida?
I' m eating 2 Kg of sweet fruit each day, is that dangerous? Chimpance have the similar ADN to humans... And fruit is the only food that the humans enjoy without cooke....
THANK YOU!

@adrygarcia I eat fruit as the main source of calories in my diet. I get at least 80% of my calories from carbohydrates and have no candida problems. And I know many other people who eat like this who do not have an issue with candida.
So if you eat fruit properly most people will have no problems with candida. Fruit eating is not the cause of candida overgrowths.

@RogerHaeske thanks for your response!!!!!!!!!!!!!, because I love fruit!!!!!!
My question was because I've readed in the book "Conscious Eating" by Gabriel Cousens (page 732), that if fruits, particularly sweet, are eaten in excess they may aggravate candida conditions.
THANKS!

@adrygarcia I've had candida and it came about when I started eating a ton of raw fatty foods. Then went mostly away when I dropped the fatty foods out of my diet.
For most people they can eat as much fruit as they want and never have candida issues. But if you eat too much fat with the fruit, or if you take antibiotics then you can have issues.
Some people will have candida problems regardless of the diet they are on. Candida is not always diet related.
